White Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake

What You’ll Need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style, defrosted
1 package (10 oz.) White Chocolate Baking Chips
½ tsp. Almond Extract
2 tbsp. Espresso Powder
4 oz. White Chocolate Swirls
*Fresh Raspberries, Mocha Pirouettes Cookies, Whipped Cream

Directions:

Defrost The Father’s Table New York Style Cheesecake.  Melt white chocolate baking chips as directed on the package.  In a bowl, combine almond extract, melted white chocolate and espresso powder. Spread melted white chocolate over cheesecake; allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.   Arrange on a platter and serve. Keep refrigerated and enjoy! Serves 8.
