What You’ll Need:
1 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style Cheesecake OR Brownie Cheesecake, defrosted
1 Jar Chocolate Hot Fudge Topping
1 1/2 cups Flaked Sweetened Coconut
Orange Food Coloring
1 tsp. Water
“Pizza Toppings” of your choice (Thin pull apart licorice, chocolate chips/candies, sour gummy rings, etc.)
Directions:
Begin by preparing chocolate fudge to instructions on the jar. Once fudge is warmed and has thinned, pour onto cheesecake and spread evenly to create your ‘sauce’. Sprinkle half of your coconut over the cheesecake. In a plastic bag combine other half of the coconut, 1 tsp of water and a few drops of orange food coloring. Shake the bag until coconut is evenly coated and then sprinkle over cheesecake. Decorate with candy versions of your favorite pizza toppings. Trust us, even the pickiest eaters will enjoy these! Keep refrigerated.
