What You’ll Need:
1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style or Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecake, defrosted
2 cups Whipped Topping
Green Food Coloring
1 cup chopped pistachios
½ tsp. mint extract
Fresh Strawberries, chocolate cookies, optional
Directions:
In a bowl, combine and stir whipped topping, mint extract and green food coloring. Spread mint whipped topping on cheesecake. Garnish with chopped pistachios. For a more elegant look, add the cookie pieces, strawberries and pistachios to your liking. Keep refrigerated.
