Pecan Irish Cream Cheesecake

What You’ll Need:

1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style

OR Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake, defrosted 2 cups Pecan Halves

1 cup Shaved Chocolate (milk and white)

8 oz. heavy whipping cream

¼ cup milk

¼ cup vanilla instant pudding

3 tbsp. Irish cream liqueur

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the whipping cream, milk, instant pudding and Irish Cream liqueur and whip until fluffy. Spread topping on cheesecake. With your Pecan halves, decorate edges around the Cheesecake. Moving closer to the center of the cake, sprinkle milk or white chocolate around the pecans. Continue this until you run out of room or out of toppings. Keep refrigerated
