Luck O’ the Irish Shamrock Cheesecake – St. Patrick’s Day
1 - 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style, Chocolate Marble, or Fudge
Brownie Cheesecake, defrosted
2 cups Whipped Topping, divided
Green Food Coloring
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
Chocolate Covered Mint Candy
Green Candy Sugar Sprinkles
Gold Candy Sugar Sprinkles
In a bowl, combine 1 cup whipped topping and several drops of green food coloring. Spread green topping on cheesecake to make a shamrock shape. Spread remaining white topping between the shamrock and the edge of the cheesecake. Arrange espresso beans and mint candy around the boarder of the shamrock. Sprinkle green candy sugar around the shamrock. Sprinkle gold candy sugar on the shamrock. Pipe green whipped topping around the edge of the cheesecake. Garnish boarder with espresso beans if desired. Keep refrigerated.
