1 – 40 oz. The Father’s Table New York Style Cheesecake, defrosted
2 cups Chocolate Whipped Topping
Red Pull-A-Part Licorice
1 Chocolate Cookie Pie Shell, crushed
19 Chocolate crème-filled cookies
Candy Coated Chocolate
Licorice Squares

Spread whipped topping on top and side of cheesecake. For the racetrack, place strips of licorice across the cake to outline a track. Place licorice squares along the licorice for a border. Sprinkle chocolate pie shell crumbs between licorice strips. Arrange candy coated chocolates on the edge of the cheesecake. Decorate the side of the cheesecake with crème filled cookies. Complete cake by placing cars and flag on the track. Keep refrigerated.
